Bill Charbonneau owned his first boat prior to his first car and has captained waters from Nantucket Sound, Newport, New Jersey, Florida and the US and BVI's ~ Bill has earned a USCG Masters Captain License.

Bill holds an unrestricted construction license in the Commonwealth of MA and has 27 years in Real Estate Construction and development experience.
